We offer toys suitable for toddlers and preschoolers aged from 6 months to 6 years. You can easily filter your toy search by age, brand and type of toy in order to find the right toy for your child.

You can keep the toys for up to a month from the day the toy is delivered to your home. You will be advised on the due date of the toys at the point of rental.

Yes, you may choose to renew the toys for 1 more week but you will not be able to borrow new toys until you have returned your existing toys.

If you wish to keep a particular toy for longer, we encourage you to purchase it.

Your monthly quota of toys resets on your subscription billing date. For example, if your billing date is on the 5th of the month, your quota will also be reset on the 5th of the month.

Yes, an extra swap of 3 toys is available at a cost of $16.90. The fresh set of toys will be due a month later from its' delivery date.

A late charge of $1.50 per toy per day will be imposed. The late charge will stop when either the toy has been returned or the cumulative charges is equivalent to the purchase price of the toy, in which case the toy will be yours to keep forever.

If you wish to keep a toy, we encourage you to purchase it from us. This is so that you can make full use of your plan and borrow new toys.

At Playchest, we only select toys that are of high quality and are durable. Fair wear and tear is a given. However, we understand that accidents can happen.

In the event a toy is returned with a missing part but can still be played as it was intended, we will charge a fee of $6.

In the event a toy is lost or damaged such that it is unsafe or cannot be played as it was intended, we will charge a fee based on the residual value of the toy. The residual value of the toy is calculated by using the recommended retail price (RRP) and discounting it based on how long the toy has been in our collection. As such, rest assure that you will never pay more than the RRP of the toy.

The missing part and toy replacement fees ensure that we can continue to offer high-quality toys and an excellent play experience to all our customers.

Absolutely! All toys are returned to our facilities where they are inspected and sanitised, before they are sealed for the next borrower.

Definitely. We will advise you on the purchase price of the toy, which is based on the recommended retail price (RRP) discounted by how long the toy has been in our collection (i.e. the toy's residual value). The longer the toy has been with us, the lower the purchase price of the toy.

We are sorry to see you go. You may cancel your plan anytime before your plan renews on the next billing cycle.

However, before you cancel, please ensure that you have returned all your toys so that you will not be charged for them.
